The device for the coarse stuff: PaperStar L is a tried-and-tested tool for use when cardboard, paper and other materials need separating. Its robust construction, impressive reliability and incomparable efficiency make this machine an instant classic when it comes to paper recycling!
PaperStar L gets its name from its rounded star discs. These are key in helping to sort out parts larger than DIN A4 paper without a problem.
- The rotating star discs transport the material fed into the system - ideally dry - over the sieve unit
- The smallest materials fall through the sieve unit immediately when they are fed in, onto an output conveyor below, whilst the material to be sorted continues its journey over the entire sieve top
- Flexible or smaller materials (such as newspapers and leaflets) fall between the shafts on their journey over the sieve top, so that only the cardboard desired lands on the output conveyor suitable for this purpose at the end
